Our lambs are born and reared on grass within 5 miles of the farm shop, therefore our lamb is succulent and super tasty!
These cutlets are marinated in spices such as ginger, cumin, cardamon, anise with garlic, bell pepper and tomato to give the authentic Tandoori taste.
Best served medium rare.
Our lamb cutlets are priced at £33 per kilo, so the price of two may vary depending on weight.
