Refund policy

To modify orders, customers must send an email to shona@marshallsfarmshop.co.uk. Please note that changes can only be made until December 10th for Christmas and New Year's orders. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. Please be aware that there may be limited options available if you wish to modify your order.
