This Rolled Pork Collar Roast comes from the shoulder of our rare-breed pigs. The pigs are reared outdoors all year round and located on the hill behind blackburn, just 2.5 miles from our farm shop.
The pork collar is best when cooked low and slow. The marbling in this cut gives it its flavour and even better if made into pulled pork and mixed with some BBQ sauce,
Keep refrigerated. Can be frozen for up to 6 months. Defrost in refrigerator for 24 to 36 hours (or longer for larger roasts) until completely thawed. Prepare once defrosted.
