Rack of Lamb

Our lambs are born and reared on grass within 5 miles of the farm shop, therefore our lamb is succulent and super tasty!

This is the perfect centrepiece to any dinner table, just need the chefs hats to top it off!

This is the most tender cut of lamb and is very easy carved for portioning. To best show of the quality of the meat, best cooked until medium rare.

Our French Trim Rack of Lamb are priced at £33 per kilo. Each rack may vary in price, as the weights depend on the size of lamb.
