Our pork mince is lean with a small amount of fat for extra flavour and once again, sourced from our very happy outdoor piggies.
Taken from the shoulder and belly, our mince has a well balanced texture and a good ration of meat to fat.
Best mixed with our steak mince to make meatballs or just to make a simple pork Bolognese.
