Pork Chops

These delicious pork chops come from the loin of our finest rare-breed pigs. They are left bone in with a nice layer of white fat to make sure they are moist and juicy after cooking.

These chops should be cooked on a high heat- pan frying, grilling or BBQing.

Can be perfectly paired with some Marshall’s mashed tatties, crispy kale and some apple sauce.
