If you love chocolate, you're going to love this one. Our bakery team's new Mint Yule Brownie Log is rich and decadent, with a dense, almost truffle-like chocolate brownie wrapped around a creamy mint filling and finished with a generous chocolate coating.
It's our take on a traditional Christmas Yule log, but with all the richness of a proper fudgy chocolate brownie.
Slice it up after Christmas dinner, put the coffee on and you might just find nobody's looking for the After Eights! We like to serve ours with a little double cream.
