Lamb Shoulder Roast

Our lambs are born and reared on grass within 5 miles of the farm shop.  Lamb shoulder is a very flavourful cut due to a slightly higher fat content throughout.

This boneless cut of lamb is best to be slow roasted and cooked medium-well, even though it doesn’t carve as well as the leg of lamb it is full of flavour and the taste is just delicious.

Serve with Marshall’s potatoes and vegetables and there you have the perfect Sunday roast.
