Our lambs are born and reared on grass within 5 miles of the farm shop, therefore our lamb is succulent and super tasty!
Our lamb noisettes are from the loin and are tied into medallions. Best served still pink in the middle with some Marshall’s roast potatoes and mint sauce.
Our lamb noisette is priced at £50 per kilo, so a pack of four may vary in price depending on the size.
