Our lambs are born and reared on grass within 5 miles of the farm shop, therefore our lamb is succulent and super tasty!

Using the shoulder, flank and trim from our lambs achieves a well-balanced lamb mince that has slightly more fat than steak mince but is full of flavour.

Our lamb mince makes the perfect shepherd’s pie, just need to top it with Marshall’s mashed tatties.
