Lamb Box

Marshall’s own homebred Lamb, born & reared within 5 miles of the farmshop. Our lamb is all grass fed, grazing with a Bennachie Backdrop, we are proud to say all our lamb is traceable with low food miles - reducing our carbon footprint too.

This lamb box includes:

• Lamb Cutlets x 7-8
• Double Loin Chops x 6
• Mince (2 x 500g)
• Diced (2 x 500g)
• Lamb Shank x 1
• Gigot Roast (2.2-2.5kg)-Can choose to have this split into 2 roasts (serving 3-4 people) or leave whole (serving 8).
