Grown here on our family farm, our carrots are prepared in-house and combined with honey and wholegrain mustard, ready to roast until tender and beautifully caramelised. They're a natural partner for turkey, Aberdeen Angus beef, gammon or pork, and bring a little extra flavour to the traditional Christmas veg.
All the prep is done. You just need to get them into the oven.
