Our delicious gammon joints from our rare-breed pigs are home cured and hung for 7-14 days to allow the flavour to mature and the cure to settle.

Our honey maple glazed gammon is cooked in house by our expert chefs. It’s firstly boiled then roasted in a honey and maple glaze.
