Gammon Steaks

Our gammon steaks are cut from the gigot (boneless leg) of our rare breed outdoor pigs. The marbling of fat through the steaks gives them plenty of flavour so are ideal for a quick fry then topped with pineapple and a Marshall’s free range fried egg.
