Bronze Free Range Turkey Crown

Once again, we are sourcing our Free-Range turkeys from our local turkey farm at Tarland, Aberdeenshire. The food miles and footprint to grow these delicious birds are minimal, as they are fed on cereals grown on the farm and supplements sourced from Aberdeenshire throughout their lifetime. The crowns from the farm are a turkey but with the legs off, this means the wings and backbone are still on to help hold its shape.

Our turkey crowns really are a centrepiece perfect for your festive gathering. They are full of flavour with plenty of meat to go around the table.
