Our fillet wellingtons are made with our own Aberdeen Angus fillet steak. Wrapped in our homemade mushroom duxelle and wrapped in parma ham then the finest puff pastry. The size of the fillet in each wellington:

Wellington for 1=140g 

Wellington for 2= 280g

Wellington for 4= 560g

Wellington for 6-8= 1kg
