Our delicious gammon joints from our rare-breed pigs are home cured and hung for 7-14 days to allow the flavour to mature and the cure to settle.
Our honey maple glazed gammon is cooked in house by our expert chefs. It’s firstly steamed then roasted in a honey and maple glaze.
This is the perfect addition to a Sunday roast as it’s a quick and simple option- served either hot or cold.
