Diced Pork Shoulder

Our hand diced chunks of pork from the shoulder of our rare-breed Pigs are reasonably lean but full of flavour!

Ideal for making sweet and sour pork or a pork casserole- suitable for any slow cooking dish.

Keep refrigerated. Can be frozen for up to 6 months. Defrost in refrigerator for 24 to 36 hours (or longer for larger roasts) until completely thawed. Prepare once defrosted.
