Sometimes you don't need to mess with a classic. We start with our own homegrown potatoes, add plenty of butter and milk, season with salt and pepper, and mash until smooth and creamy.
It's all prepared in-house, saving you the peeling, boiling and mashing when there are already plenty of other things competing for space on the hob. Serve alongside turkey and all the Christmas trimmings, pair with our home-reared Aberdeen Angus beef or house-cured gammon, or keep it simple with plenty of our Chef's Homemade Gravy.
