Brussels sprouts with our own Home-Cured Smoked Streaky Bacon, butter and simple seasoning, prepared in-house and ready for Christmas dinner. The smoky, savoury bacon and butter bring plenty of flavour to the sprouts, making this a very easy way to upgrade one of the most traditional sides on the Christmas table.

Brussels sprouts might divide the Christmas table, but adding proper smoked bacon certainly helps their case. Ours are prepared with our Home-Cured Smoked Streaky Bacon, made using pork from pigs reared on our family farm and cured and smoked at Boghead Farm. We add butter and season simply with salt and pepper. Serve alongside turkey and all the trimmings, Aberdeen Angus beef or gammon for a classic festive side with plenty of flavour.
