There's a reason we make so many of these every festive season. Crispy on the outside, soft and melty in the middle, our Brie Bites have become a firm favourite for Christmas and New Year.
They're prepared in-house and packed into a foil tray, so there's very little for you to do. Simply pop them into the oven until the crumb is crisp and golden and the Brie inside is beautifully soft.
Serve them hot with the cranberry sauce for dipping, with that sweet, tangy cranberry cutting through the rich, creamy cheese. They're brilliant for party food, drinks with friends, a festive starter or just a very good snack when something warm and cheesy is required.
