Our lambs are born and reared on grass within 5 miles of the farm shop, therefore our lamb is succulent and super tasty!
This is the leanest roast with both sides of the lamb loin with the fillets rolled into one roast. Best served pink and very easy to carve as it’s a boneless joint.
Our short saddle of lamb is priced at £38 per kg so the price varies depending on weight.
