Boneless Gigot of Lamb

Our lambs are born and reared on grass within 5 miles of the farm shop, therefore our lamb is succulent and super tasty!

We carefully tunnel bone the lamb legs to form this boneless roast which is easy to carve and looks great once served. The leg is reasonably lean however there is a nice covering of fat to keep the roast moist and full of flavour.
