Barnsley Chops

Our lambs are born and reared on grass within 5 miles of the farm shop, therefore our lamb is succulent and super tasty!

A Barnsley chop is basically two double loin chops and is taken from the short saddle of the lamb.

Just needs a light seasoning and a quick fry for perfect results.
