Aberdeen Angus T-bone Steak

We offer the highest quality of home-reared beef from our herd of Aberdeen Angus Cattle. Our calves are born and reared within 5 miles of the farm shop so our food miles are very low.

Aged on the bone for a minimum of 30 days, the T-bone is cut from the short loin, and you really do get the best of both worlds! On one side is the Aberdeen Angus sirloin and on the other the Aberdeen Angus Fillet!

Perfect served medium rare with some peppercorn sauce and Marshall’s tattie wedges!
