We offer the highest quality of home-reared beef from our herd of Aberdeen Angus cattle. Our calves are born and reared within 5 miles of the farm shop so our food miles are very low.
From the fore quarter of the animal, our mince has the perfect ratio of meat to fat at 90:10.
