We offer the highest quality of home-reared beef from our herd of Aberdeen Angus Cattle. Our calves are born and reared within 5 miles of the farm shop so our food miles are very low.
The sirloin is cut from the middle of the back of the cattle between the ribeye and the rump. Our Aberdeen Angus Sirloin Roast is our choice of cut for the perfect Sunday roast as we serve up many sirloin roasts every Sunday! It’s easy carved and is trimmed to have the right level of fat.
