We offer the highest quality of home-reared beef from our herd of Aberdeen Angus cattle. Our calves are born and reared within 5 miles of the farm shop so our food miles are very low.
Our rib roast is a spectacular centre piece for the perfect Sunday roast. The base bone is removed as well as the cap which allows for easy carving. Our roasts are all matured on the bone for a minimum of 30 days which improves the tenderness and flavour of the beef even more. Choose between a 2,3,4 or 5 bone rib roast-make sure to have plenty leftovers though!
This roast is the Marshall’s family favourite for new years day- it looks and tastes amazing!
