Aberdeen Angus Fillet Steaks

We offer the highest quality of home-reared beef from our herd of Aberdeen Angus Cattle. Our calves are born and reared within 5 miles of the farm shop so our food miles are very low.

Our fillet steaks really are in a league of their own. Sold individually or as a 5oz fillet in our homemade wellingtons, the feedback we’ve had is quite amazing! Matured for a minimum of 30 days, our 5oz centre-cut fillets are exceptionally tender. Our 8oz fillets aren’t guaranteed to be centre cut just depends on the size of the whole fillet, they may be cut from the head of the fillet. 

Priced at £75 per kilo, our fillet steaks can be cut to whichever size you would like.
