We offer the highest quality of home-reared beef from our herd of Aberdeen Angus cattle. Our calves are born and reared within 5 miles of the farm shop so our food miles are very low.
Our roasts are all matured on the bone for a minimum of 30 days which improves the tenderness and flavour of the beef even more. Taken off the bone but the ribeye cap left on, this really is the highest quality beef joint and is very easy to carve. The marbling through this beef can’t be beaten - perfect for the meat lovers!
