We offer the highest quality of home-reared beef from our herd of Aberdeen Angus cattle. Our calves are born and reared within 5 miles of the farm shop so our food miles are very low.

Our beef sausages are 100% Aberdeen Angus and has the perfect ratio of meat to fat at 75:25, they are very meaty and made without own special seasoning. These are our farm team’s favourite in a breakfast roll at fly time and also a popular choice in our restaurant!
