Our own Rare Breed Pork, all born & reared on our farm, are all sustainably farmed.

That means our pigs benefit from over 70% of their diet being grown on the farm, all grown within 5 miles of the farm shop. So you can rest assured knowing your Pork is local & traceable with low food miles.

The Half Pig Box includes:

• A Whole Pork Collar Roast (approx 2kg),
• 15 Pork & Apple Burgers,
• 2kg Pork Sausages,
• 2kg Pork & Black Pudding Sausages,
• 2 Ham Shanks (either smoked or unsmoked, weighing approx 1.8kg), 
• 1 Whole Pork Fillet (approx 500g),
• 4 Pork Chops (approx 1.3kg),
• 4 Pork Loin Steaks (approx 700g),
• 6 packs of Smoked or Unsmoked Bacon (360-380g each pack),
• 2 Gammon Roasts (approx 1.4kg),
• 6 packs of 2 Gammon Steaks (280g each pack),
• 3kg Pork Belly (either 3kg Skin-on Boneless Belly OR 1.5kg Streaky Bacon + 1.5kg Pork Belly Strips).
